1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the software 'Relay' (macOS terminal emulator), provided as a download via relay-app.dev.

2. License

With your purchase, you acquire a personal, non-transferable license to use Relay on up to 3 devices. The software may not be resold, rented, or sublicensed.

3. Trial

Relay offers a free 7-day trial period. After the trial expires, a license is required.

4. Payment & Pricing

Payment is made as a one-time purchase via LemonSqueezy. The current price is listed at relay-app.dev/pricing. This is a one-time payment — no subscription.

5. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided 'as is'. The provider is not liable for damages arising from the use of the software, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

6. Updates

Updates are provided free of charge as long as the current major version is supported. There is no entitlement to future updates or new features.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies. If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
